Mr. Golden Kangololo, a seasoned construction professional, is the visionary founder and Managing Director of GoldChance Construction Services Limited. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Copperbelt University and being a member of ZIQS and EIZ, he brings a wealth of expertise to the company. His strong leadership and commitment to quality have been instrumental in the success of GoldChance's projects.

Mr. Rabson Mumba, our Technical Director, is a seasoned Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Karabuk University, Turkey. A member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ), he brings extensive experience to GoldChance. His expertise is instrumental in driving technological advancements and ensuring project efficiency.

Judith Kamoko is the Company Administrator and a qualified legal practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia and is an Advocate of the High Court of Judicature for Zambia. Admitted to the Zambian Bar in 2022, Judith brings extensive experience in corporate advisory, dispute resolution, litigation, property law, and family law.

Mr. Francis Nyongani is a seasoned Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Zambia and membership in the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ). Renowned for his project management skills, he excels in delivering complex projects through meticulous planning, technical expertise, and effective team leadership.
